Morts While not necessarily a fan of the majority Croce's songs per se, I do have a tremendous respect and appreciation for his contributions and influence to music of the latter half of the 20th century. This particular song is one I've always enjoyed with it's jaunty, somewhat light-hearted vibe and amusing depiction of the fate of a seedy character.
